I love those books, because you can really visualize how the animal behaviors represent our personalities. If you were to relate the D&D races to animals, what would each be? |
| allenchan11-08-04, 01:58 AM | Im not sure how races could = animals, but deffinately stereotypes and classes I could see. |
| ieattrollsforbreakfast11-08-04, 12:16 PM | I think you should base the animals off the individual personalities rather than race. However, based on racial stereotypes, here is a quick guess: Human - Fox Elf - Hawk Half-Elf - Songbird of some kind Half-Orc - Boar Dwarf - Bear Halfing - Mouse I'm having difficulty with the gnomes :( |
| Ogre4Hire11-08-04, 01:49 PM | Gnomes=Ferrets? |
| Sulaco11-08-04, 02:19 PM | Human = ape Elf = deer Orc = boar Dwarf = badger Halfing = rabbit Gnome = something weak, stupid, and crappy like a pigeon or a sewer-rat |
| malykoth11-08-04, 02:22 PM | My choices, without a lot of thought put into it: Dwarves: Badgers Elves: Elk/deer Gnomes: Chipmonks Half-Elves: Foxes Half-Orcs: Boars Halflings: Squirrels Humans: Wolves |
| nekrolog11-08-04, 11:27 PM | Humans: Wolves Hmmm.... since we constantly wrap ourselves in cotton, does that mean we're wolves in sheep's clothing? ;) |
