| Myrhdraak01-02-08, 11:20 PM | One of my players have just seized the crown of one of the city-states in our campaign. I would like to take this opportunity to build a nice court intrigue adventure with lot of roleplaying and some hidden plot for the players. I have been looking back at old adventures in 2nd and even 1st edition (and even old Birthright material) without actually finind any that could be reused for this with some modifications. Has anybody out there played or remebers some adventure or scenario with that theme and could suggest where I could look to find inspiration and ideas? |

The following all look like they might be useful or provide inspiration: - Amazing Khan Game (who leads, who follows mechanic) - Down with the King (just cause of title) - Succession - Kings n Things - Warrior Knights - Kingmaker Gerry |

To the main: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=927969 To a good court intrigue adventure: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=929072 Thanks for you time, and please let us know what you think. |

I also had a look at the Earl's Progress adventure, also some good material in there. Thanks everybody. I had actually hoped that the Powers of Faerun book would have had more material on fleshing out these kind of adventures. But as the book was written, it was all quite fluffy, with not so much "meat to the bones" as to how to create these kind of adventures in a good way. |
