Anyone good at drawing or finding pictures? [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-16-07, 12:17 AM For starters, I couldn't find the right forum to put this under.. so general sounded about right.

I would like someone with some artistic ability to draw my DnD character; I have an easy time imagining what he looks like, but it's hard for me to describe to others.

Anyone interested? I will give a description if anyone is. If not, ignore this message.

For inspiriation: He looks like a demonic warlock. Who doesn't want to draw that?

02-16-07, 01:14 AM I'm mediocre as an artist. But I will say that google images are your friend. Try a quick search of pictures there ("Warlock", "Fiendish", "Demon") and you'll probably find something you like.

Also, the deviant art website has a lot of up-and-coming artists that are worth checking out. You might be able to find someone there who can whip up an image for you.

02-16-07, 08:49 AM As far as finding a picture... Google Images is really very useful for this.
I found these in about 20 seconds, using "warlock" or "sorcerer" as the key word (without the quotes):

02-16-07, 01:51 PM You should try and ask people in here (http://boards1.wizards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=391) to draw your character for you. Just make sure the description of what you want is clear and practical.

sinrae_kinesti : He is a young human male. He has a slender build, and has bat wings. His skin is blue and looks cracked, possibly scaled. He has jet black hair, about mid neck length, with small horns protruding from his forehead. He has yellow eyes and is somewhat tall. My email address is dragonzap06@netscape.net.

PS: For those curious, his appearance is so strange becuse my my DM's campaign there is a type of taint, wherein if you do evil acts, there is a percentage that you will become tainted. My character, so far, has failed three taint checks.
