how to convert lethal damage done to you to subdual damage? Like any races that have this ability or equipment/feats/spells ect....

Any creature that grants regeneration converts all but selected types of damage to subdual - and begins recovering it at a set amount each round. IE - Trolls have regeneration 5 (Fire/Acid) so only fire and acid attacks deal lethal damage.

cool i just saw the crimson scourges ability to be immune to nonlethal damage and didnt want anyone making an unkillable monster.

subdual damage is when you get punched it's not lethal damage but it still hurts... unless a monk is doing it because he cn use lethal damage with unarmed strikes.

subdual is the 3.0 version of nonlethal damage. Rules can be found >HERE< (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/injuryandDeath.htm#nonlethalDamage)
