artifact issues [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-30-07, 10:31 PM hey out there. i need some help. im looking for stats fo an artifact. it was from 2nd edition if im not mistaken. i think it was called the arm of vambir. i also believe it was in a dungeon / dragon magazine. id like to use it in a campaign im running. any help would be MOST appriciated.
