| Andue11-10-07, 02:32 PM | How would you find a decent D&D group to play in? I moved to Arizona a year ago, and used to run campaigns constantly where I am moved from in Georgia. I've got a couple players (my current roommate and one of his friends), but was hoping for one or two more players for a campaign i've been planning. So when/if you move to a new area, how would you go about getting plugged in? I suppose I could have titled it as a player or DM to a new area.. ^^;; |

| Board_Rider11-10-07, 05:20 PM | Having recently having to go through this (California to Wyoming) I would recommend meetup.com, Gamer Classifieds (on this forum) and looking at a FLGS. The biggest thing to remember is to be flexible. |
| ConclaveKing11-10-07, 08:40 PM | I dont know many comic shops, but the one closest to me has a board where you can put requests to find PCs, dms, people to play magic, whatever. But really, there is a separet thread for this. |

Place flyers up at comic stores and book stores or game stores if you have them. 2.Place flyers at the local library. 3.Ask your friends to recruit a friend. That's about the best I can come up with, aside from going to a con and meeting people there, which has been suggested to me. |
| Cartigan11-11-07, 08:47 AM | I found the group I'm in because some one put up fliers on the tech hall bulletin boards (because you don't need approval for those). |
| WizO_Mimir11-11-07, 10:17 AM | The RPG Gamer Classified forums are located here (http://forums.gleemax.com/forumdisplay.php?f=347). Since the original poster's question has been answered, I'll close this thread. Good luck finding more gamers! ::click:: |
