When attacking with two weapons, for example 7 times with the ranger how do you do that?

1st attack Primary Hand, 1st att Off-Hand, 2nd att PH, 2nd att O-H

or

1st att PH, 2nd att PH, 3rd PH, 4th PH, 1st att O-H, etc.

I'm asking myself this question because of the epic feat Two Weapon Rend where you get bonus damage if you hit an enemy in one round with Primary and Off-Hand...

Doesn't matter what order you do it in, but it's less confusing to roll each hand's attacks in order, instead of switching around. So roll all your main hand attacks, then any offhand, then see if at least one of each hit for your rend damage.

Doesn't mater, as long as you announce the order before you roll.

Your DM may dictate the order to avoid any confusion.

you make you full amount of attacks with your primary hand and one attack with your off hand unless you have the epic two weapon fighting feat
