This is a really stupid question, but how do you handle multiple sources of languages? For example, a half-elf gets common and elven as automatic languages. So would a half-elf that gets common and orc as automatic languages from their region have common, orc and elven as automatic languages?

If the player wants it, their character would indeed speak all three languages (this is actually much more common in Europe than in most other places in the world, where they have countries the size of US states, each with their own language).

However, don't forget, they can also choose NOT to be able to speak the extra languages if they don't want to.
