10-04-07, 11:43 AM What is the reason why I can put my own avatar on this site? Is it only because the site was not programmed to allow it or some other reason? I know they have the premade ones on the site, but I wan't my own avatar.

The reason is because the moderators didn't want to be in a position to have to validate an avatar image for CoC compliance every time somebody added one. The biggest problem would likely be copyright infringement.
