| Potlok04-02-04, 11:59 AM | I have seen the 8th level spell Axiomatic Creature and it's just insane!! Fot the same XP of getting dark vision permanent and 10.000 gp, you have: Smite Chaos Darkvision 60 ft. SR 25 Energy resistance (At high levels of 20 to all excepto acid) Telepathy with any other axiomatic creature in 300ft. The property that if one of the axiomatic creatures aren't flat-footed or flanked, neither the others are. Can anyone tell me if this is an errata, or a link to any post that states the same arguments?? |
| Ogre4Hire04-02-04, 11:25 PM | 1: The abilities (Smite Chaos, Energy Resist, ect) only work off of RACIAL HD, not class, so a human wouldn't get too much out of them. 2: Telepathy only works with Axiomatic creatures of the same species, so if you're an axiomatic human with an axiomatic dwarf and an axiomatic halfling, you're all SOL as far as that ability is concerned. What I'd really like to know is why they decided to put the "Turn creature into Lawful" spell in BED and "Turn creature into Chaotic" spell in BVD. So are they going to put the "Turn Creature Evil" in the Book of Law (whatever it's called) and the "Turn Creature Good" in the Book of Chaos? |

| Ogre4Hire04-03-04, 11:21 PM | Well, I thought there was one, but I just dug my book out and couldn't find it, so I guess I was mistaken (not like its the first time I opened my mouth a little to quickly, mind you:D). |

| Artoomis04-04-04, 01:14 PM | I'll note a couple of factors: 1. It's "permanent," not "instantaneous." It can be dispelled. 2. It requires you to be a archon (IIRC) to cast it. Or one of a limited number of prestige classes. It's not generally available. |
