He also gets +1 for being small. He chose the archery path for the ranger, and he's throwing light hammers in lieu of a bow. Now, by my math in a full attack he can hit at: +11, + 11, + 6, +11 (using rapid shot) or +13, +13, +8 (without rapid shot) Does that sound right? |
| Frozen Yakman03-30-08, 01:31 PM | You're not putting the two-weapon fighting penalties in there: Standard Attack 8 + 4 + 1 = +13 Full Attack +13/+8 Full Attack w/ 2 weapons +9/+4 main hand +5 off hand Rapid Shot +11/+11/+6 Rapid Shot w/ both weapons +7/+7/+2 main hand +3 off hand If you get the Two Weapon Fighting feat Full atack w/ 2 weapons +11/+6 main +11 off Rapid shot w/ both weapons +9/+9/+4 main +9 off Everything else is as above If you get the Improved Two-Weapon Fighting feat Full attack w/ 2 weapons +11/+6 main +11/+6 off Rapid show w/ both weapons +9/+9/+4 main +9/+4 off |

What i mean is, with arrows or sling bullets you are able to carry a quiver or pouch with 20 or 50, but what do you do with throwing hammers? Does your character have magical ones that return to him, or does he carry more than 6 hammers or something? I like the concept of a little gnome throwing hammers, but does the weight of carrying more than a few get cumbersome for him after awhile? Just curious, thanks! |

He has quickdraw which lets him draw weapons as a free action. He is saving for getting a set of Returning Light Hammers +1. |
