New characters (except perhaps Regdar--who might be the same or different, but we have a different dwarf cleric, elf wizard and I don't know what the other one is--the miniature is an elf). I believe that the characters start off at 2nd or 3rd level. New monsters. New map tiles. But be careful when/if buying online. It's possible that some places might have the product mislabeled as the other edition.
