Battle plan of a Dragonstalker [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-19-07, 02:06 PM Because I am somewhat new to D&D I have a few questions I can't find in the DM's guide. For one, is a dragonstalker sneaks up on a dragon, does it go through a regular battle sequence or you you get a sneak attack, or do you get some free turns... I know you can do extra damage to a dragon, but it seems strange how to set up a battle. How do they do it.....

02-19-07, 03:51 PM Dragonstalker do follow the normal rules of combat. If the dragon doesn't notice him (and the other groupmembers unless teh stalker is alone) he gets a surprise round as normal. If the dragon notices him/the others then combat starts as normal.
