We need you!
(white haired man with a hat points at you)

At www.baud2death.com we are always looking for new content to add to our forum and members who are either interested in contributing new content or enjoy reading new content.

The forum focuses around all gaming and general entertainment fun but with me being a partial fan of Dungeons and Dragons I have added content to the forum myself.

Essentialy, if you decide to join - you can chat about D&D or any topic fitting with the forum (even general chit-chat) or if you want to really help out and contribute then you can write articles about your favorite monsters, adventures, stories - you name it, we want to hear it!

As more people contribute, more people will enjoy the content.

Baud2death is a community that is run by its members, for its members. People come by to have a chat, discuss what matters to them in a friendly and happy atmosphere.

All i'm asking is to drop by , register and pull up a chair to have a chat with us- alternativly, if you would like to hear more, email me on baud2death@baud2death.com , post message in our feedback forum or drop me a private message.

Thanks, and look forward to seeing you soon!

This, being as its an advertisement, is against the CoC...

Soooo...Its probably gonna get locked.

Correction:

Advertising commercial sites like walmart, amazon, etc is against the CoC. Advertising a forum is not, AFAIK.

I wouldn't mind it so much had you not just registered this month. Also, I don't like your user name; it makes it seem like you only registered to get us to your site, like you don't care about us. Had you registerd a month or two ago, and then told us about this site you thought was cool, as a freind, It would not be such a posible CoC violation, and more people might actualy go. You could even have put a link in to your sig.

I remember another poster had a link to a free PDF file for a fighting game and it got locked for advertisement...And it wasn't commercial in any way. Sooooo, I'm confused right now.

:) nice, well the site is mine and is the name I use to register and chat in forums.

Baud2death is a play on words
BAUD as in the computer term
BORED as in im quite bored
BOARD as in a message board
and BORED to death - became BAUD2DEATH

well, i was a member of this forum a long while ago but my account vanished and I didn't have net access for a while so I thought best to make a clean start. - :)

Oh, and I would understand what you mean if I had just come here to plug my site. At the end of the day, its a contributing site - if people contribute, great! if not, well then thats fine too. I don't make any money, the cost of the site comes way more than I gain from any adverts or donations people offer, its just my own little mark on the net.

I would rather face the distain of people thinking im "in it for myself" and meet some new D&D fans who want to contribute to baud2death than to lurk in the wings. I'd love to being able to produce a lovely forum that everyone can join in with but this does need people who are interested in D&D and I thought this would be an epicentre of interest.

I'm not being hostile.
Join, Don't Join - you'd get a lot from popping in and having a chat but without it your not going to suffer vodoo hexes or anything.

I'm just saying maby you should have waited a month. I'm weary of anything telling/asking for something that has just registered; I makes it look like a bot (though I know they're not, and I know you're not.).
At the time of greivence, I had know way of knowing Baud2Death was your persona; seeing the website name, my conclusion was natural.

Generaly, these sorts of things aren't the way to go. Just put a link in your sig.

I suggest putting it in your sig. The Wizos will lock any thread made solely to promote a site and remove the link.

Its okay in your sig though.
