What book is most worth buying?

Magic of Incarnum, Weapons of Legacy, Spell Compedium, DMG 2, Heroes Of Horror?

I need to know because I will be buying a new book soon and could use some advice.

DMG2. No question. DMG2 doesn't have tons of rules that you may or may not want to apply, it provides extra help in adjucating all of the rules that occur because of the other books.

Magic of Incarnum is a fairly specialized book - read through it in the store before you decide to purchase it. It shold be considered to be as massive of a change as adding Psionics to the campaign.

Spell Compendium isn't bad - like the DMG2 it is more or less a large reference tome. Not a bad purchase.

Personally, I enjoyed Heroes of Horror out of the ones you listed. However, the one that you would need most depends on what kind of game you're running.

Eberron Campaign Setting , versitile, inticeing, addictive. People look at Sharn to often a go "eww" then discredit the entire rest of the setting.

Failing that Ex. Psionic Handbook was really good too.

Out of the books you listed I own all of them. I have found that Weapons of Legacy is REALLY cool. I didn't think I'd like it but turns out to be perfect for my game.

Spell Compendium and DMG 2 are my highest suggestions. DMG 2 has a lot of tips and the like. Spell Compendium is just... great!

Really it depends on you and your players. Which do you think you'll use more?

For me, Magic of Incarnum would be my last choice as it has a LOT of new rules to incorporate. The others you can pick and choose which to add and just use small portions.

I've bought the DMG2 and Heroes of Horror, and I think the two were equally useful and awesome. I was intrigued by Weapons of Legacy and Spell Compendium, and will probably end up buying them both someday, but I didn't really like Magic of Incarnum when I glanced through it- but everyone else seems to love it.
