| Trobriand06-19-07, 01:38 PM | I'm not sure if this has been talked about already, but the wife was ribbing me about my dnd fetish the other night and I told her that if I had the money I would build a dungeon under my house to play in... Guess I'm just wondering if there is anyone out with "the money" and if they could post pictures of their gaming rooms. -Trob |

Plus couchs and love seats are way more comfortable than the rack (also know as a folding chair) My game room on the other had has been scrificed to the god of marriages so I dont have it anymore. Now its a library and office room, as well as the place the cats have their food/water and litter box at. Thats not such a big loss though, i dont play much table top games anymore. And i get to keep my humidor and my bar :D |
| Jhesstar06-19-07, 02:04 PM | I'm looking at a 2BR apartment. It's only me but the second room will be turned into a game room. I will have a nice dining room table in there, maps of the current gaming world on the wall, a battlemap and (if I can get more of it) Dwarven Forge stuff on the table. I'll change the Dwarven Forge stuff from week to week to be appropriate for the adventure that week. I'll add shelves/cubes to the closet to make it a book rack with books arranged by campaign and mini's on the top shelf. If I can't get more Dwarven Forge, I'll mess with dungeon tiles. The battlemap I have from Chessex will work well for outdoor stuff, but I like the atmosphere of the tiles/forge stuff for indoor combat. Doesn't cost a lot to do this, just takes a spare room, which I'll have (if all goes well) |
