| ZombieDragon02-08-07, 12:04 AM | Complete adventurer. Bar the completes and it's the enviorment series, possibly sans stormwrack. I don't classify the PHb 2 as a splat. I do think it is one of the few gems wizards has fed us in awhile. |
| claypigeons02-08-07, 12:12 AM | The book I like the best is the Expanded Psionics Handbook. The book my group gets the most use out of has to be either Complete Divine (and not even for DMM.. seriously...), or Tome of Battle. |

In my heart, forever and always, I will consider it Core, though... Yeah the ToB rocks it bring melee back into a semblance of balance. Eh... I wouldn't call it balance. I'd say something like... "made melee classes suck just a little less.... but fighters are even more worthless... haha fighters... losers.... " Because, really, the new ToB classes still can't really hold a candle to casters. They are just more fun to play now... Plus doing +100 damage on a hit, or taking 2 full attacks actions in a turn is pretty nifty. |
