Nuntius128 04-18-05, 12:27 PM	No, you'd sort of be allowing for a Called Shot by doing it yourself, which sort of is like a timed critical. But, you're imposing a damage penalty, so you aren't overcoming your Damage Reduction. :D I need some fresh air and sunlight bad... Hahaha

Prgrmr@wrk 04-18-05, 03:54 PM	Creatures can willingly turn of DR (I believe it's a standard action). This means the razor would be able to cut off the hair, but it would also be able to cut your skin. Better off casting stoneskin.

Otherwize every Balor would have a beard. Umm no, any creatue with DR X/substance counts as being the susbstance for it's attacks, so the balor will go right through its own DR. Only creatures with DR X/- don't ignore their own DR...

Saihtam 04-20-05, 10:25 AM	Depends on what you're using to shave. If you're using a rusty blade (like most men use I believe) you can damage reduct the standard damage from the blade, but you'll still suffer blood poisoning from the rust.
