My campaign just picked up both these books. I'm working through them, looking for unusual things to throw at the players, to stop and make them think. This one's giving me a headache. In BoVD, there's the Nipple Clamp of Exquisite Pain which, ammong other things, makes pain feel like pleasure. There's also the Iron Maiden of Preservation, which is going to deal out a LOT of pain. I realize this is rather munchkinesque, but if someone wearing the clamp is in the maiden, could you use Distilled Joy on them? Assuming the individual did it of their own free will, and survive the process, would it be an Evil act to do so?
