This looks like a cool book. What are your alls opinions on it? And could it be used with 4th?

First, which book of the undead are you referring to?
Second, we won't know how much we can incorporate into 4e until we see more of 4e. :D

It will likely be no more or less compatible with 4e than any other 3e/3.5 book (which is to say, it will need a great deal of work to port over).

However, I've found Libris Mortis to be an excellent supplement.

It is 3.5. As for 4e getting one, of course. But not likely anytime soon.

I like the Undead classes it presents.And it is chock full of useful ,crunchy tidbits.
