solarion 05-27-06, 11:50 AM	Does anyone know of a 3.0 to 3.5 conversion of this ANYWHERE? WotC has 3.5 booklets of pretty much everything except this on their site. I'm looking to save myself a lot of work by finding one. Anybody know?

Feats and skill points have been completely redone for monsters in 3.5, but I'm sure you already knew that. There are a few references that no longer exist in 3.5. Some are trivial, but some need a little revamping. Anyway, does anyone know of an existing conversion file?

Pyre1million 05-30-06, 05:07 PM	Theory time!! They're already using the Hordes of the Abyss to update Demogorgon and Orcus. That being the case, we can probably assume that other things related to the Abyss, and then Baator in the future, will be similarly revised. What I'm hoping for (so it's more a "wish" then a theory) is a new Book of Vile Darkness that encompasses all of the elements from the Fiendish Codexes, once they are complete. Unrealistic, I know. But the Book of Vile Darkness (and its counterpart) are fairly commonly-mentioned books in other supplements: if they're going to be updating them anyway (Yes, I'm one of those hoping for a Celestial Codex) they could perhaps release either a single re-shaped version of them, or (even better for Wizards and the making of money in general) a box set incluing the codexes and the original BoVD. Just a hope. Second point: What exactly needs to be revised in the Book of Vile Darkness? I was under the impression that was one thing a person didn't need to worry about in 3.0 to 3.5 books (Since so many of the books being released are still for 3.0, the paperbacks such as Masters of the Wild, and the hardcovers such as BoVD and Manual of the Planes, to name a few.)
