ok, Im dming this non-magical, high alchemical/technological campaing most based on some warcraft D&D stuff. The rules they give there for tech items are quiet cool and easy to handle, but they lack in giving real examples/pre made items and stuff.

so I heard about this book of wondrous inventions, but I believe it's a AD&D book, so it will be quiet useless unless I spend hours TRYING to make d20conversions.

So... any tips, or books or sourcers that I might use instead?

Converting items to d20 takes much less time than you might think. I do it all the time on the fly when using my old 1e and 2e modules.

D20 past dealt with PL(progress levels)in the premodern era,it was a softcover released while they were releasing D20 future and urban arcana.Urban arcana dealt with an earth gradually becoming a fantasy realm? You might be able to get D20 past on amazon or paizo.
