Ok i am new to DND. I was wondering what are books i should buy now and what kinds of acessories should i get and what should i get over time and stay away from. Also what ar some tips you more experienced players have for me.

3.5 Player's Handbook.

That's it. The rest should not come from talking to us until you have played a bit. And even then, the best advice for what will help you is likely to come from the group you play in.

Seeker summed it up pretty well - you only need that book to play. To run a game, you'll need the Monster Manual and Dungeon Master's Guide.
