I would like to know if there are any great places out there to read about other DM's campaigns. Especially homebrew campaigns. I really enjoy reading the logs of well run and described campaigns, and I find that's mostly what I'm looking for when I come to thread, but it never seems to offer. Red Hand of Doom, etc. are all right except that the DMs always assume that everyone already knows the adventure source and also once you've read one campaign groups story the ideas aren't as exciting the second time around with a different group. Anyway, any help would be much appreciated! :D

Try reading some of the play-by-post In character threads. Everyone in that style of play prides themselves on immersing into character, and the DM explains A LOT in order for the posters to follow along.

Although it IS RHoD. And much of the stuff is blow by blow postings of combats. But it;'s still great reading. And the in-town interaction is awesome to read, and inspires me to do more at the table with my PCs.

Wow. That's a pretty awesome message board. I might have to spend some time looking around there, and maybe get some ideas. I've really been wanting to run a Savage Tide campaign before 4th Edition gets out. This might be the ticket. Thanks for pointing it out, Gerry!
