campaign worlds [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-18-06, 05:59 AM I want to buy some books that contain maps, describe cities, politics and more. I need information about the world that we adventure in. The problem is that I don´t know enough about the campaign settings.

We want to play low-fantasy, what campaign setting would be best for us? What books do I need to "get to know" that campaign setting?

02-18-06, 07:15 AM Low fantasy? Would steak punk suffice? I would suggest looking at either Eberron or Iron Kingdoms. All you really need to get to know the world is the Campaign Guidebook for whichever you would choose.
