ok, I'll be objective with some trade-offs my pcs are turning into the campaing.

1- Would a Lawful Good paladin accept to sacrifice someone in order to be able to ressurrect a fallen ally(that os potentially the only one left able to destroy an evil demon that is destroying hte plane in the name of his god)?

2- Would a Lawful Good paladin accept the fact that his allies sacrificed someone in order to revive him?

3- The cult of Kiaransalee takes over the planes. Magic and all spellcasters are anihilated. Black rain pours over the planes bloking contact with every other gods. The last leader of the rebellin is a 35th level Lawful good githzerai soul knife, but he has run out of resources and allies, running towards the extinction of his race. Would he accept to ally with the other rebels- Illithid and their leader(an ulitharid) in order to resist the major evil(note that this guy had his arm severed by a mind flyer)?

opinions please

For number 1 and 2: No, this is one of those situations that would make the paladin fall no matter what, because they are both immoral. This is why the atonement spell is so handy.
