Hey, I didn't know where to post this one, as it is a question involving a monster, a class and a feat.

See the thing is, I was wondering, if a 6th Level Druid with the Leadership can attract an Animal as BOTH a Cohort AND an Animal Companion?

I would suspect no, however I thought I'd ask anyway to see what others thought.

I would say no. Both because one is a class feature and the other is a specific Feat outcome. Further, the Druid would not want it to. Why have one creature fill both support slots?

ZOMG ITS THE SUPERMOUNT.

There's some discussion about cohort companions.

Actually, more like dragon cohort mount companions, but you get the idea.

Hey thanks heaps for the replies and for the link.

Yeah the reason a Druid would want his Companion as a Cohort, is that Cohorts gain levels. Imagine a Dire Bear Frenzied Berserker, or an AC with Devoted Defender levels, once around when you are hit the mount takes the hit instead, however with MC you can use a Ride check to dodge the blow. Just little tings like that, nothing too game breaking, just interesting.
