1) a human lich gestat 20L fighter 20L Evoc Mage.
lich = CR+2; level 20=CR20 Total CR=22. I don't think there's an official CR adjustment for using a gestalt character, so that's quite arbitrary. On the one hand, the character gets ALL the abilities of another 20 class levels. On the other hand, he doesn't get most level dependent benefits.

2) a human shadowkight "anti-Paladin" 22L (+10 magic sword)
class levels 22 = CR 22

3) a human ranger type foc on rang combat. 13L with a very high magic x-bow.
level 13 so CR 13

4) a Ogre fighter 5L/ Roger 4L/ Knight 5L
ogre= CR 3; 14 character levels = CR 14 Total CR= 17

On your magic items (creature 2 and 3): There are guidelines for NPC wealth in the Dungeon master's guide. Either the power of your given equipment should not surpass those boundaries, or you should adjust the CR accordingly. But for someone else to adjust your CR, we would need to know a lot more about those items, and the other items this NPC has, and maybe it's build (if for example an underpowered build might make up for an overpowered item)
