| g0bl1n04-14-08, 03:23 AM | So one of my players is very reckless, and has almost gotten killed a few times. And he likes robots... So I was going to have a backup plan if he died. Something that involves Gnomes, gears, and some other stuff.....making a human that is half robot. Like the 6 million dollar man but with clockwork inners!!! So regardless I can't find a suitable template or something I can convert. I thought of clockwork goblins, but I can't find the stats for them. Also thought of using inevitables, clockwork terrors, etc... Does anyone know where a template is or have any ideas of what to base one off of? |

(Eberronn Campaign setting or umm MMIII I believe). Id say since they are 'sentient constructs' thats the closest to a robot you'll get in a fantasy setting. metal and stone together. plus intelligence. just a thought. |

| Vharuck04-14-08, 08:20 AM | If the character is low to mid level, half-golem is the way to go. But if the character has some cash to throw around, construct grafts fit perfectly with the whole "We can rebuild him; make him stronger, faster, better." I know some construct grafts are mentioned in Magic of Eberron, but I'm sure there are more floating out there. |
