10-20-06, 05:13 AM Some threads come up again and again, and go on and on and on. Its not a matter of opinion, and amongst the right minded members of the forum there is a clear answer. So here lets make a definitive list of answers to these threads, a sort of communial faq.

1. Monkey grip doesn't work like that.

2. 2 handed is better than 2 weapon fighting.(Although 2 weapon is still playable)

3. Samurai is a sucky class.

4. Yes druids and clerics (and artificers) are the most powerful classes.

5. Yes vancian casters (and psionics) are more powerful than any of the other classes.

6. The most powerful spells are in the players handbook (although spell compendium has good ones too).

7. Hence splatbooks, magic items and weird races are no more broken than the players handbook.

8. 4ed is not coming soon.

9a. It's not broken just because it *can* be abused.
b. It is broken if it *can't* work the way it was intended.

10. You cant get epic feats early just by being a dragon wrought kobold.

(I actually think wizards are more powerful than druids and clerics, but consensus is that clerics/druids are more powerful so thats what I've put here. )

Yes I ment full casters, paladins and hexblades aren't that terrifying. Vancian casters just do anything better than anyone else. I added psionics on afterwards just as an afterthought, I don't now if they're stronger or weaker than vancian casters, but they're alot more powerful than frenzied berzerkers for sure.
Any one care to add more answers?
