09-26-05, 11:35 AM I already saw a D&D movie. Casting was great. It was so great they split it into three parts.
They called it "Lord of the Rings" or something like that.

But seriously, have him be a sorcerer or somthing, and everytime he goes "HEEE-HEEEEEE!" just have him cast magic missile. (shamoannna!)

But, real actors wise, I would probably pick The Rock as Krusk. I mean, he's a big dude, and with a little make up he'd look pretty orcish.

Therefore, she'd be a terrible choice to play Mutant Cricket Woman.

She might do well as Ember the Monk. Or not. (She REALLY needs a good script--she doesn't have the Transcend Script Crappiness feat that Christopher Lee has....)

Mayhap Tilda Swinton as Vadania. (She's playing Jadis, the White Witch, in THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA). She has that ethereal look that can work for the character...

I remember what Jackson looked like before all the plastic surgery. He just isn't the same man anymore. Not just appearence wise, either. I could go on about how I feel about the whole MJ issue, but it really isn't that important. Besides, I'm already most likely skirting the CoC slightly with this commentary. ;)
