Ok I have looked on google and on yahoo images for floor plans for a romanian style castle and can't find one. I'm hoping that somewhere someone knows of a suppliment that can be used. I need layouts for a castle like Dracula's and Frankensteins. Anyone have any dea's on where to start looking?

Oh and online would be better for me as there are no RPG shops around here that do anything with DnD other then the core books.

Your Google-Fu is weak, Grasshopper.

I searched for "romanian castle" and the first link lead me to Bran Castle, the castle of Dracula himself. I then did an image search for "bran castle plan" and found this: http://www.brancastlemuseum.ro/ghid.htm

Here are some websites that I've found useful for research:

http://www.castlesontheweb.com/

http://www.castles-of-britain.com/castle6.htm

http://www.castlewales.com/life.html

http://score.rims.k12.ca.us/activity/castle_builder/ (Good links and format of what you should be asking yourself)

If all else fails and you have the Heroes of Horror book, they give a floor plan of a vampire's castle in it. You could use that or just expand on it if doesn't meet your needs.

If you're willing to pay for stuff, Masterwork Maps by Dark Furies (http://www.darkfuries.com) has some nice books. I've found errors in the NPC stat blocks - but that's not overly surprising, nor does it really impact the quality of the stuff in the books.

Thanks peeps. I guess my google-fu could use a touch up. That and I think my comp is trying to die on me.
