But for those who don't I'd like to see people's thoughts on what kind of character they would play. Would Arnold Schwarzenneger play a barbarian? Or is he more a halfling rogue fan? In short this is a bit of a game/thought experiment. Pick a celebrity and then pick what kind of character you imagine them playing. For example. Amelia Earhart: A sassy paladin who rides a hypogriff. |

Things got strange and we weren't sure where to put him, so we used the old Zero-Level plan and decided to see which way he'd fall. With his temper and bloodlust, he's become an assassin for the cult that brought him into being. They have ways of making sure he stays loyal, i.e., they've got him hooked on magical substances that only they create. They're a "good" organization that believes the best way to defeat the bad guys is to become like them and take them out from the inside. When they've accomplished their goals, they've promised to release Jackson from his addiction. Right now, they can't take any chances. With that shock of white hair, skeletal build, and ice-blue eyes, some of the party think he's a chaotic spirit summoned to keep an eye on them while one is positive he has drow blood somewhere in his lineage. |

| Shiftkitty05-30-07, 09:36 PM | I'd give Mother Teresa an LE alignment, let everyone think she's doing a ton of good, but when they go to her for healing, the find out about her belief that suffering is good for the soul as opposed to actually healing anybody, then I'd twist it further and have her decide she has to do a whole of good for your soul. You see, she's actually a succubus torture queen in disguise... Ghandi would be the only one who knew about it, and he'd be sitting outside her lair in passive protest while she tried to lure him in. Al Gore I'd set up as a wood golem. Then I'd send a magmen tree-hugger his way. I'd set Dubya up as a LG knight in shining armor atop a great white stallion,...at least that's what he'd think he was. Then I'd send him off (clad in a jester suit atop a retarded donkey, armed with a blow-mold plastic sword) to hunt down the horrible dragon that's plaguing the village just to see him get eaten. I'd tie Pelosi to his horse and smother her in barbecue sauce, then afterwards I'd send Condi and Cheney in to seek revenge. Then Cheney could "accidentally" shoot Condi, which would draw the dragon's attention. While he's reloading...chomp! After that I'd just keep alternating Reps and Dems until we ran out. This is why DMs should stay out of politics...:) |
