There have been a couple Vin Diesel threads in recent months, one started by me, in which people replied with the names of celebrity gamers. You might want to do a search for Diesel in this forum to find them.

I just watched I Love the 80s this weekend on VH1 - believe it was 1982 - and one segment was about D&D, and one or two of the celebrities that commented on it admitted they played D&D. COuld be wrong but I think one was the lead singer of Megadeth and the other was the comic-book guy from Queer As Folk (Hal something...).

Well, let's see...Hal Sparks.

He hosted Talk Soup on E for a few years.

He's the star of QaF - a big hit by cable standards. Consequently on the cover of numerous magazines, from Entertainment Weekly to Details and so on.

He was in Spider-Man 2 (elevator scene) and Dude Where's My Car? (leader of the geeks).

He's on every daytime gameshow you can imagine.

If you saw him, you'd go, "Oh yeah, I've seen him before." He's certainly more of a celebrity than that dyslexic dog.

i hadnt ever heard of her either... no biggie, i am terrible with celebs names...

and as far as the me of me... it was kind of an inside joke... i used to play with collective soul in the early 90's... before they were signed...

other than that, i am just a washed up "almost was", musician wise... so it was a little inside joke to myself...

Also, there is a song on one of the Marcy Placeground albums called "A Cloak of Elvenkind", which strongly suggests that one of them plays.
