I'm not entirely sure if this belongs here, but since tulani was described in the BoED, I'll take my chances. I have this idea of playing a tulani in an Epic game, but I'd want him to be a spellcaster and still retain his current ECL of 28. I figured out that I could drop the bardic music ability, but what other changes I should do to make him a spellcaster? I'm pretty sure that ECL 28 is the maximum ECL where we can begin the game. Maybe dropping few of those spell-like abilities? Or HD dropping? Any help will be appreciated.
