I have no idea what you mean to be honest.

There is a nice character generator at called redblade, i cant remember the site (try google 'redblade character generator') and a random one here- http://www.aarg.net/~minam/npc.cgi but that is sadly 3.0.

I know i havent answered your question but i am just trying to help :)

Well This Npc Generator works just fine. in my book, you only have to change the stuff that is different fom 3.0 to 3.5.

You're confusing two things. First there is the Character Generator Demo that was included in the back of the PHB when 3e was first introduced. This can be found on Fluid's site.

Second, the demo was for a product called Master Tools, which got scrapped and changed to E-Tools. E-Tools is now under the stewardship of Code Monkey Publishing. You can purchase a downloadable copy of E-Tools from their Zoo Store, which is linked on their home page.

If you are interested in using official content from Wizards' supplement books, CMP is licensed to produce those data sets for use within E-Tools. You can purchase a data set for any 3e book and almost every 3.5 book has a data set now.
