Anyone know of a good character sheet with a space for cohorts/mounts/slaves whatever?
I'm playing a Paladin and have never really bothered with someone tagging along, now I've got a mount and I'm not sure what to do about its stats.

ema's sheets and mad irishman both have sheets with what you have described. Google either of those and you'll get what you want.

the revised character sheets available at http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/charactersheets have a part dedicated to companions. It's actually a very good character sheet. I'll never go back to the ones in the back of the PHB.

This is my favorite. Infinitely adaptable to any game, any character, any category:

@ Shiftkitty:

I've used that same sheet for 17 yrs! It saw me through 1e, 2e and 3.X. I have complete faith that it'll get me through 4.0, too. It amazingly adaptable. I've used it for everything from lvl1 Fighters through lvl 20 Martial Adepts. It never misses a beat! The other nice thing is that you can get them in packs of 100. Great stuff, that. :D

Here is one that was created by neceros and posted in the "whats a player to do" forum. It was titled something like "clean, powerful chara sheets" as of 2/14/08 it is on page 2 of that forum.
here is the link to his site.

It is a pdf format and has several layers to accomodate different classes. Plus a section for companion/mounts etc. I dont think it is big enough for a cohort however and I agree with Bloodsoul on using a second chara sheet for the cohort.

somewhere int he forums someone posted a 'ultimate character sheet'

which i looked at and now me an dmy hwole group (w/the exception of one person) uses. it's got everything you need nicely layed out, with a space for mount/familiar/whatever.

search it on forums (i think it's under the 'whats a player to do' section?
