08-14-06, 03:42 PM I was just wondering if anyone knew where one could find some story or published book featuring the Characters from the PHB, y'know, Sovelliss, Krusk, Regdar, Kerwyn, Hennet, etc. Or at least some general personality information.
MojoMonkeyMan
08-14-06, 03:46 PM there are a few books dedicated to these characters. go to amazon.com and search for dungeons and dragons novels. look for the books not affiliated with the specific campaign settings (Forgotten Realms, Eberron, Dark Sun, etc...)

Hope this helps
MojoMonkeyMan
08-14-06, 03:47 PM also the 3.0 supplement, Enemies and Allies, gives stats and info for some of the iconic characters
HomebrewedMonster
08-14-06, 03:54 PM Yes, they put out a line of books that featured one of the iconic characters from the PHB. I know there is one for Lidda, Krusk, Mailee (sp?), and Jozan.
Exquisite Dead Guy
08-14-06, 04:19 PM I read Plaque of Ice in that series and found it to be pretty simplistic, not to mention brief (190~ pages for $6.00). YMMV though. Be sure to check the reviews before buying to get a broader scope of opinions... just look that one up on Amazon and it'll have links to the others.

08-14-06, 04:34 PM There are writeups of them in 3.0's Enemies and Allies.

As far as I can tell, they're really generic characters.
