02-07-05, 01:09 AM i was wondering is there any place i can look to see a character sheet thats been filled out as an example to help me understand it,sory if this is a dumb question but i dont know anyone around so this is the only place i have to help me understand the game better, me and my wife are tryng to leran the game and we are trying to make are characters ...thanks...a 3.5 character sheet

The only place I can think of is the old 3.0 specialized character sheet pack. It's got pictures of 6 or 7 of the chaacters from the PHB on it, and inside the folder is a character sheet specially made (blank) for each character class, and there's spell lists, and sheets for animal companions.

However, on the inside faces of the folder, there's a step by step walkthrough on how to make a character, along with a filled out character sheet for you to look at. The example character is an elven cleric.

It's not 3.5, but close enough that it'll help.

Anyway, here's a link to an Excel-based character sheet generator where you fill in the abilities, skills, pick a class, etc. and it fills in the character sheet as you go for you. It's not what you asked for but it will at least help with figuring out what all goes in and where it goes on the sheet.

I think the 3.0 PHB had a sample sheet filled out for Regdar.
