The iconic ones include Order of the Stick (http://www.giantitp.com) and Nodwick (http://www.nodwick.com) -- the former's freakin' EVERYWHERE now, and the latter's best known from Dragon magazine. Nodwick.com also carries the gamer-side equivalent, called Full Frontal Nerdity.

There are other D&D related webcomics that I cannot exactly remember off the top of my head, but I do remember seeing at least three others.

Fantasy comics, on the other hand, are freakin' everywhere if you know where to look. My all-time favorite is Dominic Deegan (http://www.dominic-deegan.com), Oracle for Hire, which is not only an outstanding comic in its own right but also strongly influenced by role-playing games (several of the cast are characters that the author either has played or has played alongside of, for instance -- you'll take one look at one of them and say "Pale Master!" while another is described as a "Sorceror-Psion"). Even the lead is like this -- when third edition came out, he made a wizard of each type, and Dominic the Diviner became Dominic Deegan.

Other fantasy comics that I can think of off the top of my head (without links, I apologize, but they should be easy to find) are Inverloch, Errant Story, Girl Genius (technically a "gaslamp fantasy" but fantasy nonetheless, though the implementation is rather convoluted), and even Alpha Shade if you twist what "fantasy" means to you (AS is fantasy, but doesn't feel like it yet, since not enough has been uncovered).

Sentimental Horde (http://sentimentalhorde.com) and Goblins! (http://thunt.comicgenesis.com) show "the other side" of the adventuring spectrum in their own comedic ways.

DnDorks (http://dndorks.com) shows a group of players and their adventures. Currently follows "the new generation" and their adventures in "Eberrok" ;)

Nahast (http://nahast.comicgenesis.com) is set in a non-traditional D&D world.

There are a few more but I don't remember their URLs currently

www.pvponline.com has a more main stream humor to it, but has the ocassional bit of D&D in it, plus one of the main characters is a big blue troll intern.

http://www.chroniclesofgaras.com/default.php is an action comic that updates once a week. If you start from the begining it isn't that bad.

Those are the only one' I know of that have not already been mentioned.

Ledgermain (http://ledgermaincomics.com/index.html) is a funny one, and has something to do with one of the members here, Vaalingrade Ashland. I think he writes it, but I'm not sure.

Those Destined (http://thosedestined.pensandtales.com/) is rather funny, although it doesn't have much to do with D&D. It does, however, make fun generic hero stories a lot.

Heroes of Lesser Earth (http://www.holecomic.com/comicarchive-frameset.html) has something to do with D&D, but I can't get it to load so I don't know for sure.

Writer/Webmaster, yup :)

Some more DnD-ish webcomics:

Once Upon a Table (http://onatable.comicgenesis.com/) - Comedy that shows both in character and IRL scenes.

Role of the Die (http://www.roleofthedie.com/) - Another comedy that stays mostly IRL, focusing on the games.

Dire Destiny (http://www.diredestiny.com/) - A dramatic comic that is very well done. Its the kind of comic I think Dominic Deegan is slowly becoming, which is a good thing, despite my love of fantasy humor.

Version2 Fantasy (http://www.snakestudios.com/) - I'm ashamed to say I've never read through this comic all the way, but what I read was good.

Also, people should know that there are other quality non-gamer/fantasy comics out there, so here's a link to our link page (http://www.ledgermaincomics.com/links.htm) and I encourage everyone to check out the link pages of all the other comics everyone's listed. There are seriously webcomics out there for all tastes and most are completely free, both in the sense that they don't charge to read and that they don't host pop-ups.

As an aside, I really should compile a links page specifically dedicated to fantasy/RP comics... I've got most of the banners already after all.

Edit: Heros of a Lesser Earth (http://www.holecomic.com/) - You were linking to the frameset, Kresalak, that's why it didna work ;)
