Now if you can tell me how the Hobgoblin can spend 4000 gp to get 9 hitpoints, 7 skill points and a +2 BAB I'll Buy that it's equal to the Half-orc.. or spend 2000gp to get 9 Hit Points, 11 Skill points and +2
BAB the same for te human...

I might b off here, but I don't believe that Hobgoblins have any racial hit dice., which would mean that you need to compare a Hobgoblin with a character of his level +1.

Also, I believe that they begin with good skill points as any other normal class. To see what kind of class does change the rules for starting it, look at something like the Ogre, which does have racial hit dice.

Look at the real stats, and a level 2 hobgoblin is pretty much on par with a level 3 half-orc. Arguably better even.

but saying they All have the SAME stats makes your compairson invlaid as THEY do not! grab the 'defualt stats array' then apply the racial mods; THEN you will have made them comapairible in stats

Hobgoblins havea +2 DEX mod and +2 Con mod
