05-10-04, 02:42 AM All right, so I'm a sucker for the old, but I want to introduce the Eye and Hand of Vecna into my campaign. My question is, what level of party do you think these artifacts are suitable for?

05-10-04, 03:48 AM Both artifacts have already been converted, if I recall properly. However, like all artifacts, their use requires DM judgement.
