| leomunds_assistant05-27-07, 12:41 PM | Hey I would like to know the price per sq. foot, and if their isn't one then your opinion. I took leadership and extra followers and have about 200 I need to house. The base will hopefully be self sustainable while mining a mythril/ adamantine mine, while doing various odd jobs. I am thinking around 4gold a square foot, which would be reasonable for the standard commoner to afford imo while sustaning his family. Also could it possibly be cheaper to hire a wizard to make stone wall, then fabricate? Any help/ opinions will be appreciated. |

| Ian031105-27-07, 01:40 PM | Hm... For (barely) comfortable housing, it would take 20x20 (one stronghold space) feet to house six of them. Each one of these servant sections would cost 400 GP. It would take 34 of these housing sections to house them all with four beds left empty. That would cost 13600 gold just to build and outfit the structures to house them all. |

| leomunds_assistant05-27-07, 02:22 PM | LOL!! I was just playing, found one, but a white dragon was guarding it. Needless to say. I sudden maximized, sudden empowered a fire burst, dealing 240 dmg to a white dragon. The mine is mine, and whatever the adult white dragon has treasure wise is going to it. I will also most likely make the mine with whatever resources I find their anyways. :) HaHa, warmage ftw |

After you carve out a tunnel for the mines it leaves behind wasted space, just provide the workers with bedrolls and have them bunk in the tapped out tunnels. |
| leomunds_assistant05-27-07, 02:41 PM | That is what I am planning, I am so happy uber loots. Not including magic items I have made over 65,000 gp at level 10. :) I officially hunt dragons |
