Counter to ability damage? [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-20-07, 12:57 PM Most things in the game have counters. For example, magic missile is blocked by shield. You can get poison immunity, but is there a way around ability damage in general, such as by a wounding weapon, or a ray of stupidity? :confused:

07-20-07, 04:52 PM Take a level of Binder and bind Naberius. Take the feat - shape soulmeld:Vest. This gives you Resistance:1 to ability damage and fast healing 1 to ability damage. Also, play a gnome and get your CON high enough so that you never drop in one hit from CON damage.

07-20-07, 05:12 PM There are spells you can have cast on you that absorb ability damage. I believe they're in complete champion.
