Is this right or do druids only get spells whenever they pray? 2)When a druid goes into a prestige class of master of many forms does this class still add towards animal companion or does it stop at that level until I resume druid levels? For eg: lvl 7druid can get a Brown bear, but the bear gets no bonuses, but if it was a lvl 7 druid and lvl 2 MOMF would this add to class levels like going into ranger would? 3)Does shifters speech only alow you to use the V part of spell or is it considered to be like the feat Naturel Spell?

Unless the prestige specifically says your animal companion advances, it doesn't. The same is true, for example, of a wizard's familiar. 3)Does shifters speech only alow you to use the V part of spell or is it considered to be like the feat Naturel Spell? I don't quite understand the question - but... to cast spells while wildshaped you need the feat Natural Spell. I don't know of any other substitutes for it.
