CR for a party of 6 [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-20-07, 05:35 PM I heard there was a 3.5 chart out there to get the CR level of the monster for a party of 6. Currently, the average party level is at 6. But, if there is a chart out there, that would be much more helpful.

08-21-07, 08:26 PM Another option (if you have enough prep time) is to use Pen, Paper, And Pixel (http://www.penpaperpixel.org/tools/d20encountercalculator.htm). It even gives the xp each character should get, and the amount of treasure.
