| Sphyre08-08-04, 03:55 AM | In two weeks I'm starting my first online campaign. I figured that since I was online I could just store all my info on the computer, and use MS Excel to Record all my character data. Well I think I took it a little too far... Everything that CAN be autocalculated, is autocalculated. From Ability mods saves, to hit, Flatfooted armor class, to Save DC's how much experience I need to get the next level (I figured out the function f(x) in which x is your level, it gives you the exp you need to get the next level). I even implemented a system where it auto calculates HP, based on your level and number of hitdice (you can use average rolls or roll your own and record them) Not to mention if I gain a negative level it reduces all my skills, saves, and attack rolls by 1, along with -5 max/current hp. Not to mention, I wrote down every possible animal my character is familiar with (and thus can wildshape into) along with it's hitdice, Str, Dex and con, Natural armor, all speeds, all abilities given (including racial skill bonuses) and reference page numbers. Am I a looney? *puts on his Iloveme jacket(TM)* |

| JiobiValen08-08-04, 04:45 AM | sounds good to me but I gotta see it, just say where to download it. :D |
| Sphyre08-08-04, 06:29 AM | It's kinda tailored to my character and requires knowledge of the excel spreadsheet... See, if you have weapon focus short sword, you need to add that +1 in on your own. Also the autocalculating BAB and Base saves aren't multiclass friendly (at least not yet at least) It also has a portion for you to put in toughness hp and improved toughness HP. If you wanted me to upload it for download I'm pretty sure that I'd have to take out the autoexp calculations... (but not the "Exp needed to level" part) Well in that case, would you like me to make it multiclass friendly or would you just want it as is? I might just make a version that has a first level commoner as a template. |
