DemonDragonJ 10-31-05, 09:11 AM	Can items be made of crystal? The reason I ask this is because crystal swords or crystal armor are often seen in many fantasy novels or fantasy anime, and I think that it would be cool if you could do the same in D&D.

Generally speaking they are associated with the rules for psionics, which are detailed the Expanded Psionics Handbook. All in all, crystalline weapons and armor function as well as those made of steel, though I don't recall the hardness & hit points of crystal or how that stacks up to steel. 'course, that doesn't matter unless you have someone who likes to sunder...
