Custom Avatars [Archive] - Wizards Community

How do you do custom Avatars, as opposed to one of the preset one's? I've seen a few custom Avatars, but have not been able to figure out how to go about doing it myself.

I figure it's something incredibly simple. I checked the FAQ, but did not find a helpful link. Help would be appreciated.

The last time I looked, I don't remember seeing the Necrite in there, but I'm still using it.
