| Amara Trapspringer02-05-04, 05:36 PM | D&D 3.0 Modules, I have been running these, and keep coming up with the same problem. The party I am running through these has a Bard. I have run them through The Sunless Citadel, and a few various other modules, but I am trying to stick with the Cult of Ashardalon, as well as Gulthias, etc.. I will be running them through the rest of the D&D 3.0 modules after Nightfang spire. The group consists of: Dwarven Fighter Dwarven Monk Halfling Rogue and Half-Orc Bard They just started Heart of Nightfang Spire, and it is hard for me to come up with information, as it is scarce in the modules for the Bard and his Bardic knowledge checks. Can anyone help? Please?????? EDIT: I am running these modules in Greyhawk, So mainly I am asking if anyone has run these modules, what did they do for bards? What kind of information did you use? How did it fit into your world? |

| sandskimmer02-06-04, 02:31 PM | I'm afraid you'll have to improvise. Come up with stuff on the spur of the moment with what knowledge you possess. Or you could find ways to lure the party into other adventure hooks with some speculations and misdirections... |
| halzmar of geoff02-06-04, 03:18 PM | sandskimmer is correct you have to improvise. Read through and pick out the various bits of background text to use as a guide for what the Bard could discover - pg2, 7, 13, 14 (embalming paradise and parts are parts) fill in what you need such as who staked Gulthias in the first place. |

The modules are so sparse with the information. Has anyone run these modules before and run them in Greyhawk? And if yes how did you improvise? |
